Bio:
Per Linnemann-Schmidt (1912–1999) was a Danish ceramicist who founded Palshus with his wife, Annelise Linnemann-Schmidt, in 1949. The workshop became known for stoneware with simple, sculptural forms and distinctive glazes, often in subdued earthy tones. Palshus became a notable name in Danish post-war ceramics and remained active until 1972.
