Bio:
Göran Wärff (1933–2022) was a Swedish glass artist and designer from Slite on the island of Gotland. He worked at Pukeberg from the late 1950s and joined Kosta in 1964. Following a period working in the United Kingdom and Australia, he returned to Kosta Boda full-time in 1986. The sea, natural light and the fluid character of glass were central sources of inspiration throughout his career. Wärff also created public commissions for locations including the Sydney Opera House and Växjö Cathedral and received several awards for his work in glass.
