Sculptural ring crafted in 18-carat gold with an organic, textured surface and set with diamonds. The model was made around 1970 and is marked 750, Ole L and with Swedish import marks.

Bio:

Ole Lynggaard, born in 1936, is a Danish goldsmith and jewellery designer. He qualified as a goldsmith in 1957 and subsequently studied precious-metal design in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany. Following several years of travel and work in Europe, the United States and Asia, he returned to Denmark and founded his own jewellery house in Hellerup in 1963. His jewellery is distinguished by sculptural forms, meticulous goldsmithing and an enduring inspiration drawn from nature.
