Bio:
Jens Harald Quistgaard 1919–2008 was a Danish designer and sculptor and a central figure in post-war Danish design. He co-founded Dansk Designs in 1954 and worked across ceramics, glass, wood and metal. His functional and sculptural approach achieved wide international recognition and contributed significantly to the global reputation of Danish design.
