Bio:
Royal Copenhagen was founded in Copenhagen in 1775 and is one of Denmark's most renowned porcelain manufacturers. Blue Fluted Plain was introduced as the factory's first pattern and is distinguished by its hand-painted cobalt blue decoration on fluted white porcelain. The pattern has remained in continuous production for centuries and is today regarded as one of the most iconic designs in Danish porcelain.
