Bio:
Bent Holstein (born 1942) is a Danish painter and graphic artist, self-taught and active since the 1960s. He debuted at a young age in Copenhagen and quickly gained recognition, leading to exhibitions across Europe and the United States. Holstein has worked with Danish Broadcasting Corporation as an art consultant and has completed numerous large-scale decorative commissions. His works are represented in major collections including the National Gallery of Art in Washington and the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
