Bio:
Just Andersen (1884–1943) was a Danish sculptor, silversmith, and designer. He is particularly known for his works in disko metal, a special alloy developed in his own workshop. His production ranges from sculptural objects to decorative arts and is characterised by a refined and decorative art deco design language. Andersen is regarded as a central figure in Danish design in the first half of the twentieth century.
