Bio:
Tomislav Božović was a Serbian painter active during the second half of the twentieth century. He worked mainly with watercolour and oil painting and became known for landscape and nature subjects rendered in a naturalistic and atmospheric manner. His works were exhibited in regional galleries throughout the former Yugoslavia, and pieces from the 1960s and 1970s reflect a strong interest in light, atmosphere and fluid brushwork characteristic of the Serbian watercolour tradition of the period.
