Danish Vase with Motif of Bernstorff Palace and Kronborg Castle, Hand-Painted.Round, slightly conical porcelain vase with an opalescent pink ground and a hand-painted view of Bernstorff Palace and Kronborg Castle set within a park landscape with tall trees in the foreground. The scene is framed by an ornamented cartouche and finished with a gilded border along the rim. The form is classically inspired with a low foot ring.
The motif is executed in soft green and earthy tones, with a gently idealized architectural rendering.
