Bio:
Introduced in 1885, Blue Fluted Half Lace represents a more decorative evolution of the original Blue Fluted Plain service. Coffee cups and saucers were central to coffee culture during the early 20th century. Cancelled pieces were sold with minor imperfections that do not affect usability and today allow collectors and users to assemble authentic sets across different quality grades.
