Beautiful hand-thrown unique stoneware vase with a softly rounded form, finished in a subdued, green-tinged celadon glaze with a smooth, even surface. The warm terracotta tone at the foot creates a subtle contrast, characteristic of Palm’s simple and material-focused expression. An elegant example of his more minimal studio work from the period.

Bio:
Rolf Palm (1930–2018) was one of Sweden’s leading studio potters. His handmade unique works and small-batch production are today highly sought after by collectors.
