Monumental hand-thrown stoneware vase with a rounded body and small neck, covered in a distinctive yellow-brown glaze with dark textured markings creating a lively, organic surface. The upper section in deep brown contrasting glaze accentuates the harmonious proportions of the form. A fine example of Andersson’s work for Upsala Ekeby in the 1960s.
