Bio:
Gunnar Nylund was one of Sweden’s most prominent ceramic designers of the 20th century. He worked for Rörstrand over several decades, creating a number of iconic series such as Flambe, Chamotte and Kub. His work is characterised by sculptural simplicity, subtle glazes and a distinctly modernist expression, still highly prized by collectors worldwide.
