Bio:
Bo Borgström (b. 1929) was one of Sweden’s leading glass designers, educated at Konstfack in Stockholm. Appointed chief designer at Åseda Glasbruk in 1955, he created throughout the 1960s and 70s a wide range of vases distinguished by vivid colours and sculptural forms. His works are today highly collectible and represent a key chapter in Swedish modern glass art.
