Bio:
The “Blue Onion” pattern is one of Meissen’s most iconic designs, created in the mid-18th century and inspired by East Asian porcelain. The motifs, originally depicting pomegranates and peaches, came to be interpreted as onions — giving the pattern its distinctive name. It remains one of Meissen’s most timeless and celebrated designs.
