Pair of French bronze candlesticks with gilded base and top, the stem is a silver-plated caryatid.
H. 28 cm
D. base 12 cm
The candlesticks are made by Ferdinand Bardebienne and stamped "Barbedienne" on the bottom. Barbedienne was born in 1810 and died in 1892, he was a well-known French brazier.
