Cheese dome with etched deer motif

 Add to basket   contact dealer

Description:

Height 14.5 cm.
The dome was made at Kastrup Glassworks in the period between 1910 and the middle of the 1930s, where all etched items were taken out of production.

Around the dome is etched a motif of four deers in the forest, and the motives are all the same. The same bell exists with storks and wild birds. Today these versions are very rare.

The deer decorations are also seen on toddy glasses and a small carafe.
