Art Nouveau was the period from 1900 to 1920. The time was characterized by inspiration from nature's elements, animal and plant life.
The style got its name from a Paris business store that opened in 1868 and sold imported Japanese porcelain, known as L'art Nouveau.
This vase is with flowers in relief, which is very rare to find.
Notice the four small legs on which the vase rest.
