Bio:
Carl-Harry Stålhane (1920–1990) was one of Sweden’s most influential ceramic artists of the 20th century. He was long associated with Rörstrand, where he served as artistic director and played a key role in shaping the company’s stoneware production. His work is characterised by confident forms and refined, experimental glazes, and during the 1960s and 1970s he also collaborated with smaller producers and design houses such as Designhuset Linköping.
