Sugarbowl from the 1880'ish

Description:

Height 8-15 cm.
Diameter 12 cm.
Sugar bowl meant for rock candy that is a hard crystallized variant of sugar, which was common before the 1920s.
One put the rock candy between the teeth and then drank the coffee through it and put it back if it had not been used up.

The bowl is decorated with a cut meander bort and flower string on the glass itself.
The handle is silver-plated brass decorated in classic Viking style, typical of the 1880s.
