Unique glazed stoneware bowl with a rounded body and low ring foot. The exterior has a reddish-brown glaze, while the interior displays flowing glaze effects in pink, cream and violet tones with dark accents. Signed.

Bio:
Carl-Harry Stålhane (1920–1990) was a Swedish ceramicist, designer, sculptor and painter. He worked at Rörstrand from 1939 to 1973 before continuing his career at Designhuset in Lidköping. There, he developed an independent ceramic practice in which unique forms and experimental glazes played a significant role.
