Bio:
Lanvin was founded in Paris in 1889 by Jeanne Lanvin (1867–1946), who began as a milliner and later expanded the business into an international fashion house. Her daughter Marguerite was an important inspiration for the early clothing collections. The house became known for refined colour combinations, decorative details and a coordinated world of clothing, jewellery and accessories.
