Coffee pot in hand-painted porcelain from the Blue Flower Curved collection with cobalt-blue floral decoration, curved handle and fitted lid with finial. First quality. Model 10/1517, with the 10 prefix denoting the Blue Flower decoration.

Bio:
Royal Copenhagen was founded in 1775 as the Royal Porcelain Manufactory. Blue Flower was introduced in 1779 and is among the manufactory’s early hand-painted decorations. The collection is characterised by freely composed cobalt-blue flowers on white porcelain and was produced in several shape variants, including Blue Flower Curved with gently flowing forms and decorative details.
