Evald Nielsen, set of five dinner spoons.Set of five large hand-hammered dinner spoons in 830 silver, made in the No. 2 pattern. Produced in the 1910s, the spoons feature Evald Nielsens characteristic handcrafted finish with elegant floral detailing on the handles.
Origin: Denmark.
Material: 830 silver.

Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear.
Bio:
Evald Nielsen (1879–1958) was one of Denmarks leading silversmiths during the first half of the twentieth century. He established his own workshop in Copenhagen in 1905 and became renowned for exceptional silverware combining the ideals of the Arts & Crafts movement with refined Scandinavian design. His hand-hammered flatware and hollowware are today regarded as classics of Danish silver craftsmanship.
