Porcelain tray and dish decorated with the classic hand-painted Blue Flower pattern. The tray is model 10/8578 and second quality, while the bowl is model 10/8611 and first quality.

Royal Copenhagen was founded in 1775 as the Royal Porcelain Factory and is one of Denmarks most significant porcelain manufacturers. Blue Flower is one of the factorys classic hand-painted services and is characterised by naturalistic floral motifs in cobalt blue on white porcelain. The angular form gives the service its distinctive faceted appearance.
