Bio:
Ulrica Hydman-Vallien (1938–2018) was one of Sweden’s most celebrated glass artists. Educated at Konstfack in Stockholm, she began working with Kosta Boda in 1972. Her distinctive motifs featuring tulips, hearts, snakes and human figures earned her international recognition, and her work is represented in museums and private collections around the world.
