Bio:
Wilhelm Kåge (1889–1960) was a central figure in Swedish ceramic design and industrial art. As artistic director at Gustavsberg, he created a number of iconic series, including Argenta, introduced in 1930 and celebrated for its vibrant green-blue glaze combined with hand-inlaid silver decoration. His work united Scandinavian functionalism with decorative luxury.
