Royal Copenhagen Blue Fluted Full Lace, large double lace plate.The plate is hallmarked 1913 (At that time, once a year, the painters at Royal Copenhagen could make one thing for themselves. These were marked with year and sometimes PRIVAT and is often extra nicely decorated).
Factory first.
