Painted grandfather clock, 1789, Knud Pedersen Skodborg. Ringkøbing. Denmark. Green-painted pine box with numerous carvings in the form of, among other things, vines. With gilding.  Swan-neck top. 3/4 columns. Waffle decoration at the bottom of the box. Pewter dial. With minute hand. Movement with two bells. H: 235 cm. W.: 45 cm. D.: 25.
Knud Pedersen Skodsborg, watchmaker in Ringkøbing. Born ca. 1755 in Ulfborg. Mentioned in 1801 as a watchmaker and housekeeper in Kirkeby, Ulfborg, as a farmer and freeholder.
